Belgium has 1 more office building: the 7 storey Onyx building on the Park 7 site in Diegem. Onyx is the example of a modern, state-of-the-art almost CO2 neutral building. The floor high slats not only are aesthetically beautiful, they also serve as architectonic sun shields. The 7ha large site is car free and has ample recreational possibilities. For sustainability Onyx received the BREEAM Excellent certificate and for well-being the WELL Gold certificate.
